Nat Fizz (Pet Nat, whatever) style – single fermentation, finished in the bottle. Lovely wine.
Croatina is the grape variety, from Lombardy in Italy. Pet Nat is the style. The wine is made in a single fermentation, finished in bottle all done in the Renegade Winery in Walthamstow.
Super fresh, rhubarb, raspberries and a complex nose but super clean taste.
