Renegade Castelão 'Alf'

We've turned up the funk on this wine, it's more 'natural' on the nose. This is a whole bunch & hand destemmed, wild ferment, unfiltered red that was aged in neutral old French oak barrels for 10 months, then left to bottle age for 12 months.

He's full of blackcurrant with a natural overtone leading to leather, spice and dates.

Alf is a lovely bloke and lives in Stanmore, North London. He grew up in the East End, he's now retired but volunteers in a charity shop.
