Prosecco D’Oro Casa Defrà

From Veneto, and drawing on the Colli Berici's vineyard resources, combined with the Cielo family's winemaking skills, their partnership consistently produces wines which are fantastic value for money from both indigenous and international varietals.

Individual vine-growers contribute their grapes to the wineries. During vintage, the agronomist in charge verifies the extent of maturation of the grapes and establishes vintage timing accordingly. Each bunch is trimmed to increase concentration, grapes are hand picked.

A delightfully frothy sparkler with aromatic apple and pear flavours on the nose followed by a crisp palate of succulent fruits. Gently foamy, just off dry and possessing an enticing, bright finish.

Excellent for fine and light dishes.
