Jean-Luc Mardon makes this wine. In Touraine on the Loire the 45 hectare domaine is certified by Terra Vitis which is a rigorous code of conduct for sustainable winemaking, covering all aspects of production-from vine to bottle.
The Gamay is hand-picked and fully carbonic-macerated. No oak, just vibrant, crunchy, classic Loire.
A grown up Gamay. Concentrated aromas of dusty raspberries, cherry conserve supported by pleasant lingering fine tannins and a pleasant crunch of acidity.
Pair with charcuteries and grilled white meats.
